Each floor shall consist of 4 flats. The total area of each flat is 129m² this includes the undivided shares from the area of the ventilation openings and the staircase.

There are two types of appartments. Additional, there are two floors of penthouses with or without terrace.

Although we use high quality materials and modern design in our buildings, we also offer individual interior design in the appartments of this block.
